Information of Locker Rental Service (revised in 2018)

In order for every member to have an equal chance on renting the lockers that are placed near the bowling alleys on the 4/F, the Disciplined Services Sports and Recreation Club and Spotlight Enterprises Limited hereby announce the following rental procedure.

Application Procedure:

Fill in the Locker Rental Application Form and the User Authorization Form and return them to the Reception by January 28, 2018. Applicants must present valid membership cards; while Authorized Agents must present the applicants’ valid membership cards or its duplicate copies. Interest parties may find both forms at the Reception or download at www.dssr.com.hk.

Balloting Arrangement :

Locker rentals will be carried out through balloting that is to be held on January 29, 2018 at 2.30pm at the classroom on the 4/F of the DSSRC. All members are welcomed to witness the balloting. Only the successful applicants shall be notified.
